Welcome to European Resume, a CV-building app designed to help users create professional resumes quickly and easily. By accessing or using the European Resume app (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. European Resume reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

2. Use of the App

European Resume is intended for personal use to help users build, customize, and export professional CVs. You may not use the App for any unlawful, commercial, or unauthorized purpose, including selling or distributing content generated from the App.

3. No Account Registration Required

You are not required to create an account to use European Resume. The App is accessible to all users without registration, and no personal information is collected unless you voluntarily enter it into the CV templates.

4. In-App Purchases

European Resume offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

  • Weekly Subscription: $2.99 per week

  • Yearly Subscription: $14.99 per year

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) to charge your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.

5. Privacy and Data Handling

European Resume does not collect or store any personal information on its servers. All resume data you input remains on your device. We do not share your data with third parties, nor do we track any user behavior.

6. No Third-Party Integrations

The App is self-contained and does not rely on third-party services. All operations occur locally on your device, ensuring maximum privacy and security.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal or fraudulent activities

  • Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or modify the App

  • Distribute malware or use the App in a harmful way

8. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, logos, and code within the App are the intellectual property of [Your Company Name]. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only. Any copying or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
